Rip off scam, parasitizing on people's misfortune
Hired Gillece to replace a broken sewer pipe and unfortunately paid these characters for part of the job. The company utilizes a rip off scam, parasitizing on people's misfortune. I hired a new contractor for one sixth of Gillece's price.
